This was a morning that really tested my dedication to landscape photography; it was cold, grey, bleak, drizzling with rain and largely uninspiring for the landscape enthusiast. But, I persisted with my ideal of leaving this location with an image that depicted the areas abundant natural beauty. Quite a challenge, given the weather conditions i was working with! But, persistence paid off, and between rain showers i managed to get this image. I particularly liked how the water was recorded as a featureless white mass, like an ocean of milk. This image (for me) shows that a good landscape photo does not always require a stunning location or brilliant sunrise/sunset colours to afford its creation.. Please flick me a vote! : )
