Last month as I was driving back to NY through Ohio, I was in awe by how the colors were already changing during mid-September. I stopped my car on the side of the Turnpike, quite a hairy experience in itself, and grabbed my camera. Just as it was starting to drizzle, I stood as high as I could, on the passenger side with the door opened, to attempt to capture the colors of the landscape that inspired me to stop before the torrential downpour began.
