In the middle of August, a clutch of tourists are walking around the famous “Tre Cime/Drei Zinnen”. And above them, on the peaks of those powerful rocks, another chapter of alpine history: Reinhard Kleindl und Armin Holzer found on each of the three peaks a perfect highline spot and were able to conclude the first ascend. The peace and at the same time the enormous tension and pressure, that lasted on all of us, provoked goose skin – it was overwhelming.
