This shot was taken during a two week solo kitesurfing trip up the coast of Northern California. Ocean Beach, San Francisco was one of the only spots that actually had kiters in the water and I scored this shot just prior to launching. As I headed north the wind continued to rage and the lost coast really captured me in its potential for further adventures as a kitesurfer and photographer.
