Stuck in Time:Havana Cuba. This 1950's model car was likely handed down from father to son and now grand son. The cars in Cuba are cherished and restored with what little money the Cubans have. They have not been allowed to purchase cars until last December when Raul Castro declared it a legal action. Still the residents of Cuba don't have enough money to purchase a new car so they continue to repair what they have.
